Tweek week. I wanted to see what effect removing 1/2 the exercise time would result in.
Previous Weight= 86.4kgs
Current Weight= 86.00kgs
Difference= 400 grams.
So, getting a small amount of exercise (3 days compared to 5) will still result in weight loss but not as much as before. Simple. Remember to find a routine and stick to it for maximum results. I will continue with the normal routine and see how much of a difference it will be. Also this will be small and direct as I can't be bothered writing in depth analysis of this week. I did Christmas shopping and I am spent (both mentally and financially) so expect a more typical "Richard" update next week. Keep smiling and slathering Sriracha!
